Calleja doesn't want exits
The numbers seem to indicate otherwise, but Javier Calleja says he has all the players of the first yellow squad this season. Even with players like Leo Suárez and Manu Morlanes who, along with Santiago Cáseres and Mariano Barbosa, are the only ones who have not yet debuted. The coach was blunt at the time of pointing out that he does not want outings in the next winter market. Questioned by the possibility that two of the youngest players on the squad look for accommodation in another club, even if it is in the form of transfer so they have more minutes, Calleja was blunt: "I don't think about it. I know it's normal for the players who are participating less to speculate that they can leave. But they have a contract, I count on them, they are part of the squad and they have to wait. And, when I touch them, help the team in the function they have. I want them to stay, "he said. Anyway, and despite the words of the coach, the next few days and the situation in these and other cases such as Cáseres, can make events vary. The representatives of the players have already contacted the club club with a view to the opening of the winter market since not so much they have entered calls. In the same way Calleja confirmed that Funes Mori, practically unpublished to date, will start Sunday against Celta: "Funes will play, it is the center that we have to replace Albiol and that will be the bet for this match. We have the option of Mario in specific moments, but the player who is naturally more accustomed to playing in that position is Funes and we have total confidence in his work. He is a professional like a pine tree and is working well waiting of his opportunity ".Ekambi and Asenjo improvePese to be among cottons throughout the week, this Friday's work session evidenced the improvement in physical fitness of Asenjo and Ekambi, both with muscle discomfort. In this way it seems feasible their total recovery for Sunday: "They have trained with the team and are recovered, so if nothing happens I count on them and they can play," said Calleja.
